1. New Orleans
- Gulf oil spill doesn’t stop the festivities in Mardi Gras city.

3. Las Vegas
- Hotel rooftop pool parties the latest craze.

4. Buenos Aires
- The action doesn’t start until 2 a.m.

5. London
- And a bargain given the falling pound.

6. Berlin
- Eurobeats, and always a great party town.

7. Newcastle upon Tyne, UK
- Yes, there’s a university but can someone explain?

8. Dublin
- Just a few good pubs; we like the Stag’s Head.
